Motion to call meeting to order by S Boehlen and second by L Boehlen at 6:35pm

Secretaries Report

Motion to accept the minutes by P Novotny and second by S Hyer

Treasurers Financial Report

Motion to accept the treasurer’s report by L Boehlen and second by S Hyer

New business:

Due to canceling the July 9, 2009 meeting a motion was made by S Boehlen to have a special meeting on July 23, 2009 at 6:30pm to discuss the National Night out event on Tuesday August 4, 2009, motion was seconded by P Novotny. All voted and motion carried.

Old business: Mini Grants: S Boehlen presented the information for the Street Signs mini grant to be submitted for a tentative amount of $3000 and the WinterFest mini grant to be submitted for $1200. In total the amount being submitted was estimated to be $4200, until he could have the final quotes returned back to him. Motion made by S Hyer and seconded by P Novotny to submit a both mini grants. All voted and motion carried.

Reminder that the board discussed not having a July meeting, but rather going to the Neville museum with the passes that H Wickman, the board historian purchased. We will meet at the Neville museum at 6:30pm on July 9, 2009.
