5)     Winter Fest

6)     Metal signs attached to the street signs showing the neighborhood logo

Emily Ysebaert will call Bill Landvatter to make sure that we can do the path. The idea of using memory bricks to help raise money for the Neighborhood Assoc. and trees to be planted as well.

Glove Works Office Building discussion:

Meeting to be set for possible date for 1/31/08 so that John from Direct Development can answer any questions that the neighbors may have about the project. There is information that he is interested in purchasing the two houses to make room for more parking spaces.

New Business:

Movie in the Park idea: Steve Boehlen gave more information on how that event would work. We have the projector from Winter Fest that we can always borrow. We would rent/buy a blow up screen and have the popcorn popper from the mini grant or we can use Nicolet School’s. It would be the last Saturday in a month. The concern that April was too soon, because the temperature would be too chilly. So it was agreed that we would do it for June, July, August & September.

Bull Frogs Night: Steve Boehlen has been in contact with the GM about setting up a Bull Frogs Night for the neighborhoods. We will have an article for it in the newsletter and Steve will also send an email to the other neighborhood associations about getting involved as well.

Newsletter: Paul is going to write up an article about the history of University Ave.

Open Forum: Motion was made to change the date of the next meeting in February from the 14th Valentines Day to the 5th. Everyone agreed.

Motion to adjourn was made by Paul Novotny and 2nd by Tina Novotny.
