Secretaries Report

Motion to accept minutes by Paul N. and second by Shirley H.

Treasurers Financial Report

Motion to approve payment of $276 for East High School building and custodian rental by Paul N. and second by Steve B.

All approved motion passed

Motion to accept treasurer report by Shirley H. and second by Steve B.

All approved motioned passed

Old business:

Crime and Identity Theft presentation by John Lampkin and Tim Wickman postponed and will be rescheduled at later date. Joanne P suggested a separate meeting for this presentation.

Mini Grants:

Neighborhood Branding- Motion to spend no more than $700 by Paul N. and second by Shirley H. All approved motion passed

Solar address numbers- Going to check with Andy about ideas how to purchase online

Paper placemats- Sample for approval will be completed early next week

Live On Main- Every Tuesday starting July 6^th through August 24^th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm

New business:

Old Glove and Mitten vacant building- Was suggested by Joanne P that a separate meeting be held when Cheryl R is ready to present either in August or September.

Motion to not have a meeting in July by Shirley H. and second by Paul N. All approved motion passed
