Old business:

The general idea was that the Donkey Basketball game was a success and that if we do play to do the event again to do it next year then every other year. Also to have Cellcom or Festival to sponsor the event to make sure we reach the requirements that will now be in place for a minimum tickets sale, also having the event when the weather is not as nice. The board has decided to take the chance and do the event again, and to shoot for a date in January or February.  The suggestion to have a theme for the show may help as well, like the week before Lent and have Mardi Gras party.

Motion made by S Boehlen and 2nd by C Knepper to spend a max of $80 add more bark and replace the solar lights for the sign. P Novotny will take care of that project. All approved motion passed

The sign is going to need to be re-painted. S Boehlen will look into what the company associated with the city to find out what the cost would be and what it would cover.

John Lampkin and Tim Wickman will speak on crime & identity theft prevention, dispatcher procedures and what information they need on the June 10th meeting.
