Motion to call meeting to order at 6:40pm

 

Secretaries Report

                Motion to accept the minutes by S Hyer and second by C Knepper. All approved motion passed.

 

Treasurers Financial Report

                Motion to accept the treasurer’s report by L Boehlen and second by S Hyer. All approved motion passed.

                Motion to accept the $25 fee that was paid to the State gaming commission for the raffle tickets by P Novotny second by C Knepper. All approved motion passed.

 

New business:

                Motion made to spend $290.76 on expenses for concessions for the Donkey Basketball event on April 11th by L Boehlen and second by P Novotny. All approved motion passed.

 

                Motion to amend and approve the $141.12 to mail out the newsletter as apposed to the lit drop that we had voted and approved at the March meeting. Rather than the 600 that are printed up for a lit drop there was a savings of $90 in the printing because only 392 were mailed out. The difference being $51.12, made by S Hyer second by C Knepper. All approved motion passed.

               

Old business:

Donkey Basketball is Sunday April 11th

Neighborhood Awareness Walks being on April 15th

Earth Day is April 22nd

 

Mini Grants:

Three Corners Art’s and Performance Festival; submitted $1875.45 – approved $700

Motion made to approve $480.00 for the Show Mobile rental by C Knepper and second by P Novotny. All approved motion passed

Neighborhood Branding; submitted $3244.00 – approved $700

Once we have the breakdown for the key chains, window clings, tee shirts, caps, and LED flash lights we can make a motion to approve how much of each item to order.

Security Cameras; submitted $450 – approved $0

Solar Illuminated address numbers; submitted $2500.00 – approved $500

               

Paper Placemats; submitted $1020 – approved $500

                S Boehlen will come up with a draft to show at the May meeting.

Custom Calendars; submitted $6198.00 – approved $0

               

Open forum/Announcements:

Rummage Sale dates are set for May 21st and 22nd, more information to come.

East River Trail Meeting coming up on April 28th at the Art Garage at 7pm.

The Dreamfields Pasta was available to anyone who wanted to take a box to try.
