Walk for Wildlife

Walk for Wildlife
Saturday, September 18th

Benefiting orphaned and injured wildlife of Green Bay and Northeast Wisconsin.  It’s a great time for everyone to come out and support wildlife while enjoying the trails and getting up close with our Animal Ambassadors. This year our Walk Mascot is Spike the Porcupine, who was injured as an infant in an accident that killed her mother. She has trouble walking and climbing so she cannot be back in the wild, but has a heart of gold and has taught many people the secret life of the Porcupine. Walk on September 18th, raise pledges for prizes, or make a donation to the program—every dollar helps! Registration is anytime between 8am and 10am, with a wonderful welcome from Mayor Schmitt and family at 8:30am. You can walk the two trails until noon!
