Our Mission
It is the mission of the Astor East River Neighborhood Association to preserve/enhance the quality of life of our residents and neighborhood. The Association will strive to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood through communication and the cooperative efforts of it's individuals and families. Realizing that our neighbors are our most valuable asset, we will work to maintain and develop this asset through social gathering and neighborhood charity. The fulfullment of this mission will enhance the neighborhood's integrity and diversity for future generations.
