Development Projects

Situated along the Fox River, downtown Green Bay is a rapidly changing place. Recent additions to downtown include loft condominiums, new and rehabilitated office space, and a new City parking facility. Construction on several high profile projects on Green Bay’s waterfront are slated to begin in 2008/2009:

• City Deck, a Fox River boardwalk complete with fishing pier, stage, boat docks, and pedestrian trail
• River Center, a mixed-use center anchored by the Green Bay Children’s Museum
• Cherry Street Retail

Green Bay’s other large centers for commerce, the I-43 Business Center and University Heights Commerce Center, have a combined 1,920 acres for business start-up, expansion and relocation opportunities.
