Neighborhood Sign Unveiling
On Wednesday, October 29, 2008, Mayor Jim Schmitt unveiled the association’s new identification sign, which is located at East Mason Street and Cass Street. The Mayor’s Neighborhood Leadership Council provided the funding for the sign. Kara Counard, a local freelance graphic designer, created the sign from ideas provided by the association’s Board of Directors.
