Boundaries
The Association’s boundaries are the East River, East Mason Street, Lilm Kiln Road and the south City limits.
The Association took its name from the Starlite Drive-in Theater, an outdoor theater popular in the 1950's and 1960's. It was located in the heart of the neighborhood.
