Annexation Commission
Responsible for studying and recommending action on all petitions for annexation to the City of Green Bay. The Commission consists of six members including one council member, one citizen member, the Director of Public Works, the Principal Planner, the President of the Economic Development Authority and the Mayor. Members serve for three year terms or for their term of office.

Board of Review
The Board hears and decides on any appeals from property owners regarding property tax assessments. The Board consists of nine citizens who are appointed for five year terms.
The City of Green Bay Board of Review meets annually upon the completion of the assessment roll but the first meeting is always during the 30-day period beginning on the 2nd Monday of May. The Board meets in the Council Chambers, Room 203 at 9:00 AM on the appointed day. Jay Hamann

Downtown Green Bay Inc. Business Improvement District Board
Responsible for contracting for implementation of the current year's operating plan, preparation of an annual report and audit on the district. The board consists of five members, at least 3 of which are owners or occupants of property within the district. The board will include a representative of the the Mayor or Concil. Members serve three year terms.

Economic Development Authority
Responsible for the development of industrial and commercial activities in the City of Green Bay including the I-43 Business Center. The authority consists of six citizen members appointed for three years.

Ethics Board
Responsible for overseeing and enforcing the Ethics Code of the City of Green Bay. The Board is responsible for investigating any complaints related to the City Ethics Code. The Board consists of five members including one council member, one City officer or employee and three citizens. An additional member is appointed to serve as an alternate.

Park Committee
Governs, manages, controls, improves and cares for all public parks, greenways and boulevards located within the corporate limits of the city, and secures the quiet, orderly and suitable use and enjoyment thereof by the people; also adopts rules and regulations to promote those purposes subject to City Council approval.  The Committee consists of four City Council members appointed every two years.
