We can help you purchase your own Green Bay original!

NeighborWorks Green Bay down payment/closing cost assistance program will provide up to $3000 for a single family home or up to $5000 for a two-family home in Green Bay's Original Neighborhoods in the form of a 0% interest second mortgage. All properties must be owner occupied. Repayment is deferred until the property is no longer your primary residence.

To Qualify

• Purchase a home in our neighborhoods

• The property must be your primary residence

• Have the home inspected by a qualified home inspector

• Complete the NHS free home owner counseling program
