Dispatcher (limited-term, part-time)

Green Bay Metro has an opening for a part-time, limited-term Dispatcher to dispatch buses, verify transit operator schedules, answer telephone and departmental radio inquiries and compile daily operational statistics.   

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. One to three years related dispatching experience, with data entry and customer service experience.
3. One to three years experience working with individuals with special needs.
4. Successful completion of courses in general office skills desirable.
5. Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

A combination of equivalent experience and/or education may be considered.

Work schedule: Monday – Friday with varied hours between 4:00 a.m. and 9:45 p.m. Varied hours on Saturdays between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:45 p.m.  This position provides coverage for other dispatch positions when necessary. Work schedule may be adjusted to meet departmental needs. Approximately 20/hours week, plus additional hours are required.

Salary:  $13.29/hour.
