Green Bay Metro has an opening for a part-time, Limited Term Dispatcher to dispatch buses, verify transit operator schedules, answer telephone and departmental radio inquiries and compile daily operational statistics.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

One to three years related dispatching or high volume call center experience, with data entry and customer service experience.

Successful completion of courses in general office skills desirable.

Valid driver's license and good driving record.
A combination of equivalent experience and/or education may be considered.
Work schedule: This positions works approximately 24 hour per week Monday – Friday with varied hours between 4:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. This position will provide coverage for the P.M. full-time dispatcher position and the A.M. part-time dispatcher position when necessary. Work schedule may be adjusted to meet department needs. This position is a limited term position through approximately September 2012.
Salary: $12.70/hour.
Residency: No residency requirement.
