About us

Life of the River is a public art project of the Mayor's Neighborhood Leadership Council in partnership with the City of Green Bay.

Art is installed along the Fox River on Green Bay's east side, south of Walnut Street along the Fox River Trail. This program began in 2006 as a way to bring new art to the downtown area. We're leveraging works commissioned by newARTS in 2002 and 2005. Life of the River is supported by the City of Green Bay and the Mayor's Neighborhood Leadership Council.
