He establishes administrative procedures and evaluates and implements existing policies, programs and procedures, and ensures the provision of municipal services. Jennifer Pollitt

Chief of Staff
Jennifer works with staff to develop policy and procedures. She is responsible for the annual budget preparation and chairs the Budget Task Force. Jennifer lobbies state & federal officials on behalf of the City and is the media point of contact for the Mayor's Office. Jennifer also represents the Mayor at various functions and meetings and is the Mayor's representative in labor relations.

Mary Haupt

Administrative Aide
Mary Haupt is responsible for scheduling the Mayor's calendar, responding to invitations and requests, handling constituent issues, assist with special events for the Mayor’s office. She handles all aspects of the City of Green Bay Farmers Market. Contact Mary to meet with the Mayor or request the Mayor to attend or speak at your event.
