APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Approval of the agenda of the October 11, 2005, meeting of the Redevelopment Authority.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Approval of the minutes from the September 13, 2005, regular meeting of the Redevelopment Authority.
COMMUNICATIONS:
1. Communication of October 4, 2005, of the Common Council by Ald. Theisen to consider purchasing 442 S. Roosevelt Street with Neighborhood Enhancement Funds.
2. Communication of October 4, 2005, of the Common Council by Ald. Nicholson to purchase 2225 and 2226 Imperial Lane and 1070 and 1065 Bader Street.
Recommendation: Refer Items 1-2 to staff.
OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
3. Presentations and
possible action on Younkers Redevelopment Proposals.
4. Update and possible
action on Prestige Park project.
5. Review and approval of lawn mowing and
snow removal contract extension.
Recommendation: Approve contract extension.
6. Adopt Resolution No. 561 authorizing
the purchase of 2131 Imperial Lane using Neighborhood Enhancement Funds.
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 561, authorizing staff to purchase
2131 Imperial Lane, using Neighborhood Enhancement Funds pursuant to acceptance of the Redevelopment
Authority’s report at Common Council.
7. Request
from BayLake Bank to amend the Washington Street Development Agreement.
Recommendation: Amend agreement to increase first position bank loan to
$2,175,000.
