ORDER OF BUSINESS:

1. Review and action on list of Neighborhood Enhancement Funds requests for purchases and make recommendations to Redevelopment Authority for adoption of resolution to purchase including, but not limited to:

333 S. Maple Avenue

611 Kellogg Street

253 N. Baird Street

Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e), the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Green Bay may convene in closed session for the purpose of deliberating or negotiation the purchase price of public properties, investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.

Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(2), at the completion of the closed session, the Authority may reconvene in open session to report the result of the closed session and take related actions as necessary.

Please take notice that it is possible additional members of the Authority may attend this committee meeting, resulting in a majority or quorum of the Redevelopment Authority.

Please take notice that it is possible that additional members of the Council may attend this committee meeting, resulting in a majority or quorum of the Common Council. This may constitute a meeting of the Common Council for purposes of discussion and information gathering relative to this agenda.
