1.                  Approval of the minutes from the regular meeting on April 25, 2006

2.         Request by Perla Portilla, 646 Sunnycrest Street, for additional street lighting on Sunnycrest Street (held up from the April 25, 2006 meeting).

3.         Request by Ald. Vanderleest to review the main line sewer problems at Sunny Lane and Stony Brook Lane (referred for study and report on January 24, 2006).

4.         Approval of the 2006 Asphalt Pavement Repair Costs.

5.         Approval of the 2006 Pavement Cut Repair Costs.

6.         Report of the Purchasing Agent:

            A.  Inventory Items:

Light poles and related equipment:  split award between Werner for $26,774.00 and Current Electric for $3,498.00:  Total award:  $30,272.00

            B.  Repeat Services:

Concrete repair work – Ramco Construction Services

7.         Summary of the bids for the following contract:
”PAVEMENT 3-06”

8.         Approval of Application for an Underground Sprinkler System License from the following business:

            A.  The Sprinkler Company, Inc

9.         Approval of Application for a Concrete Sidewalk Builder’s License from the following businesses:

A.      United Construction, Inc.
B.   Weidner Concrete Construction
C.  Delrar, Inc.
D.  Quality Concrete & Excavating, Inc.
E.   Allen’s Concrete, Inc.

10.       Director’s Report on recent activities of the Public Works Department.
