1. Roll Call.

Roll Call was taken and all were present.

2. Report of the Purchasing Agent:

a) Public safety mobile radios (15) for Police Department from Motorola/Baycom, Inc. for $39,104.

Finance Director Doug Daul said this equipment was publicly and competitively bid through the WSCA contract. A promotional discount of $2,200 is available if ordered before June 30, 2006, and that discount is included in the $39,104. Funds will come from the Police operating budget, equipment replacement account.

A motion to approve the Report of the Purchasing Agent: a) Public safety mobile radios (15) for Police Department from Motorola/Baycom, Inc. for $39,104 was made by Ald. Weber, seconded by Ald. Deneys, and carried.

A motion to adjourn was made by Ald. Weber and seconded by Ald. Theisen. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 6:52 p.m.
