ORDER OF BUSINESS:
1. Review and action on disposition of 333 S. Maple Avenue.
The Authority
may convene in closed session pursuant to Sections 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats.,
for purposes of deliberating or negotiating the sale of public properties,
investing of public funds as necessary for competitive or bargaining
reasons. The Authority may thereafter
reconvene in open session pursuant to Section 19.85(2), Wis. Stats., to report
the results of the closed session and consider the balance of the agenda.
The closed session notice was read. A motion was made by T. Weber and seconded by D. Dallich to convene in closed session. Motion carried.
A motion was made by T. Weber and seconded by D. Dallich to return to regular order of business. Motion carried.
A motion was made by T. Weber and seconded by D. Dallich to approve Resolution No. 591 authorizing disposition of 333 S. Maple Avenue as directed by the Real Estate Subcommittee. Motion carried.
2. Review and action on acquisition of 2081-2091 Imperial Lane, 1147-1149 E. Walnut Street, 1027 N. Irwin Avenue, 1004 N. Irwin Avenue, 419 Cass Street, and 1165-1167 E. Walnut Street.
The Authority

for purposes of deliberating or negotiating the sale of public properties,

A motion was made by T. Weber and seconded by D. Dallich to approve Resolution No. 592 authorizing acquisition of:
· 2081-2091 Imperial Lane for $272,500.
· 1147-1149 E. Walnut Street for $98,000.
· 1027 N. Irwin Avenue, 419 Cass Street, and 1165-1167 E. Walnut Street as directed by the Real Estate Subcommittee.
· 1004 N. Irwin Avenue for $11,700.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by T. Weber and seconded by D. Dallich to adjourn. Motion carried.
