MEMBERS:  Chairman John VanderLeest, Tony Theisen, Tom Weber, and Steven Deneys

 

1.    Roll Call. 

 

2.    Approval of the Agenda.

 

3.    Approval of the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting of January 12, 2010.

 

4.   Request by the Finance Director to discuss and possibly move forward with the refunding of 2002B bond issue.

 

5.   Request by Ald. VanderLeest to introduce an initiative to the Green Bay City Council to help control property taxes now and in the future, which he calls Taxpayer Protection Ordinance.

 

6.   Report of the Purchasing Agent:

 

a.    Request report to purchase from the State Contract 10 Data911 Mobile Data Systems for the Fire Department from Hub-Data 911 for the amount of $52,724.  This order follows 15 units purchased in September 2009 to replace the old 2005 systems as scheduled.
