Mission
To improve the quality of life in neighborhoods throughout the City of Green Bay by empowering citizens working through their neighborhood associations.
Vision Statement
Provide opportunities to exchange information and educate associations.
Provide focused leadership training specifically designed for neighborhood association leaders.
Raise and provide money to support neighborhoods.
Provide for the enhancement of the city through special projects.
The organization started in the 1990s as the Mayor’s Neighborhood Resources Board and evolved to the Mayor’s Neighborhood Leadership Council. The council has focused its efforts on:
