You are about to learn about the best Home Improvement Loan available anywhere.
The Green Bay Redevelopment Authority offers a zero interest deferred payment loan that is paid back when you move out or sell your home.

Read the information below to determine if you are eligible.This loan program is for low to moderate income owner occupants of single family structures. In order to qualify for the program, the applicant must meet the Federal Income Guidelines listed below.

Loan Program Redevelopment Standards

To determine if you qualify for a loan take the short test >> and refer to the Target Area Map >>. If you passed the test and live in the Target area, you may be eligible for a Home Improvement Loan Program Loan.

Exterior improvements are given the highest priority and may include roofs, siding, gutters, insulation, windows, doors and trim. Eligible interior improvements may include electrical service upgrades, furnaces, flooring and some remodeling. The minimum loan amount is $2,000 and the maximum loan amount is $25,000. In all cases the home must be code compliant when the work is finished.
