Your income must be at or below the limits set by the Federal Government based on your family size.

Question # 2. Do you live within the target area?

Question # 3. Do you own the home?

Question # 4. Is the home your primary residence?

Question # 5. Have you owned your home longer than one year?

Question # 6. Is this an emergency? (If you answered yes to this question call Kevin at 448-3402.)

If you answered yes to all of the questions above (except # 6) fill out the waiting list form>>.
You will be notified when a loan is available for you.

If you answered no to all or most of the questions you are probably not eligible for this loan program. You may, however, be eligible for a WHEDA Home Improvement Loan or WHEDA Major Rehabilitation Loan. These loans are available through your local bank.
