The City of Green Bay offers scenic year round recreational trails for the outdoor enthusiast at Baird Creek, Colburn, Perkins, Fritsch, He-Nis-Ra, McAuliffe, Preble Parks and the Wildlife Sanctuary.
In the summer, trails are used for hiking, walking, biking or just enjoying the great outdoors. Please do not disturb the plants or animals around you.
Trails are groomed in the winter for traditional cross country skiing. Please respect the groomed trails. You are welcome to snowshoe, walk or hike in other areas of the park.
Park Hours
6:00 a.m.-10:30 p.m.
Wildlife Sanctuary Hours
April 15-September 15 8:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
September 16-April 14 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Pack in, Pack Out. Please take trash with you when you leave. We believe in recycling and it is best for you to recycle at home.
Motorized vehicles (snowmobiles and ATV's) are not allowed on trails.
Dogs on a visible leash no longer than 7 feet may be walked on designated perimeter or pass through walkways or pathways, parking lots serving the walkways or pathways and designated trails. Please keep the dogs off the groomed ski tracks.
