West Mason to Military Avenue, north to Bond Street, east to Fisk Street.

Perkins Park offers playground equipment, horseshoe pit, basketball court, softball diamond, lighted tennis courts and volleyball.  In winter there is a hockey rink and a supervised ice skating rink, weather permitting.  There are approximately 20 picnic tables throughout the park.

Perkins Park has 2 shelters. The enclosed shelter  has the capacity of 75 people.  The are 6 picnic tables inside the shelter. Alcohol is permitted.  The rental fee for this shelter is $75 (includes tax).

The open shelter has the capacity  of 100 people.  There are 16 picnic tables in the shelter. Alcohol is permitted.  The rental fee for this shelter is $75 (includes tax).
