Butts and Guts
This is a quick, no fuss, high energy, muscle conditioning class that tones and shapes your hips, thighs, butt, lower back and abdomen. Exercise target and tone your entire core and lower body. A fun and stressing-relieving way to burn calories. Participants should bring their own mat. Class dates and fees subject to change.
