Yoga
Flowing postures coordinated with breath work designed to improve strength and flexibility is all a part of this class. Yoga will bring focus to your mind and encourage a sense of peace. Standing, seated & balancing asanas (poses) are done. Variations in postures are shown for beginners and advanced yoga participants. Participants should bring their own mat. Class dates and fees subject to change.
