Program and Sites

Spend this summer at your local neighborhood supervised playground! Playground Leaders, known as “Parkees”, will supervise 36 playground sites. Each day will be filled with arts and crafts, games and activities sure to please. There will also be several city-wide events throughout the summer, along with in-park special events on Thursdays.

There is no registration fee for participating in the program and children can choose what activities they want to participate in. Participants range in age anywhere between 6-16 years. Children under the age of 7 should be supervised by an adult when at the playground.
