Operations

Move Outs

Move outs may also be collected from residential properties if called in.  Move outs not called in will be charged an early set out fee. 

Effective Monday January 31, 2011, special collection will be invoiced as follows:

• Waste generated by a move-out/move-in:
• $70.00 up to and including three (3) cubic yards  
• $140.00 over three (3) cubic yards

• Waste generated by any process other than a move-out/move-in will be invoiced as follows:
• No charge up to and including three (3) cubic yards per project
• $44.40 per cubic yard for all waste over the three (3) cubic yards per project

• When waste is set to the curb for special collection, the Department of Public Works will collect waste, and bill the property owner at the current rate.
• The City of Green Bay will not collect waste generated by a contractor.  Contractors are responsible for removing their own waste from job sites.
• Please call (920) 448-3535 to report special collections.

Residents also have the option to take their waste to the Brown County Transfer Station located at 3734 West Mason Street.  Dumping fees will apply.
