The City of Green Bay Purchasing Division is committed to providing quality, timely and cost effective goods and services to all City departments. The Purchasing Division subscribes to the National Institute of Governmental Purchasers Code of Ethics and those principles govern the activities and conduct of the Division.
The City of Green Bay welcomes the opportunity to do business with all interested vendors. City bid opportunities from the Purchasing Division are published on a bid distribution network:
DEMANDSTAR BY ONVIA: A nationwide Service
Website information: www.demandstar.com
Vendor registration: www.onvia.com/WAPP or call 800-711-1712
This purchasing network brings together an extensive database of government agencies and vendors on the Internet. Their services enable us to improve our service to you by promoting automatic bid notification and instant access to bid information via the web.
