On Broadway Farmers' Market Farmers' Market On Broadway
The Wednesday market opens for the season on June 2 on Broadway in Downtown Green Bay. This year the market will occupy the street allowing market visitors easy access to the local businesses without concern to street vehicular traffic. The maket runs from 3:00 - 8:00 PM each Wednesday through October 13.
Farmers' Market Green Bay Farmers' Market
The Green Bay Farmers' Market is open for the season. A new web site has been developed to inform residents on market events, what's at the market and what items you can expect to find. The Farmers' Market is an open-air market with more than 100 vendors offering everything from food to flowers to crafts. It's a fun family event that happens every Saturday from June 5 through October 30 from 7:00 AM to 12:00 Noon for the 2010 season.

The reconstruction of Military Avenue has already begun, and now we need to create a plan for how we will leverage that $12 million investment into a better future for the entire corridor.  The City of Green Bay is about to launch that planning process:  The Military Avenue Market Analysis and Corridor Design Plan.  This planning process is all about helping the community formulate a shared vision for what the future holds beyond the curb of the new street.

The City of Green Bay has begun the new $10 million reconstruction project of Military Avenue between Biemeret and Dousman Streets. The City has created a web site devoted to project information and updates. Please visit often for the latest news regarding the reconstruction.
