It is great that people take time to post responses on this Blog.
One of the reasons for this site is to give residents a place to share their opinions.Please note we review each comment before it is posted. Why review comments? This is a City sponsored enterprise and we feel as such an obligation to make sure the discussion is civil allowing a diversity of opinion.
However, there are some comments that will never get posted:
Personal attacks. You can say if you like or don't like an issue or a specific comment made, but you can not directly attack a specific person.
Profanity and racial slurs.
Specific support or opposition of an elected official(s). Commenters are welcome to support or oppose "The Council," but not individuals or specific groups of individuals on the Council.
Campaigning. I will not post comments that directly urge a Yes or No vote on ballot initiatives or directly endorse or oppose a Councilmember or candidate.
Comments unrelated to the initial blog post. Please keep comments on the subject of the post.
